As per Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Yilgarn Council resolved at the October Ordinary Council meeting to commence advertising for the proposed disposal of 71 Antares Street, Southern Cross.

The particulars of the disposal are as follows:

Buyer:                         Mr Gilbert Foster        

Price Offered:             $80,000          

Market Valuation:       $150,000 - $160,000
