SECTION 3.58
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DISPOSE OF PROPERTY
The Shire of Yilgarn gives notice of its intention to dispose of the following lots, in accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act.
- Lot 290 and 291 Orion Street, Southern Cross.
The Shire intends to dispose of the above-mentioned lots to Sanctum Resources Pty Ltd, via outright purchase, for the sale price of $12,500.
As per Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 199, a valuation of the lots has been provided by LMW (WA) Pty Ltd, which provided the market value at $12,500.
Comments on the disposition may be submitted to the Council in writing on or before Tuesday 19th March 2019. Submissions are to be made via:
