Drivers & Vehicle Services
The Shire of Yilgarn is an agent for the Department of Transport’s Licensing Services.
Licensing services are available Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
Services include:
- New Driver’s Licence Application & Renewals
- Vehicle Registration and Renewals
- Vehicle transfers
- Change of personal details on Drivers Licence & Vehicle registrations
- Driver’s Licence & Vehicle Concessions
- Delicensing, Retaining and Change of number plates
- Ordering Personalised Plates and Plate Remakes
- Boat Registration Renewals & Transfers
- Computerised theory tests for Drivers Licence including Hazard Perception Test and Heavy vehicle theory test.
- Light & Heavy Vehicles Inspection
- Temporary Movement Permit for unlicensed vehicles
