PROPOSED ROAD CLOSURE
PARKER RANGE ROAD & MARVEL LOCH FORRESTANIA ROAD
It is hereby notified for public information that a notice of motion is to be considered by the Shire of Yilgarn Council relating to the proposed closure of sections of the Parker Range Road & Marvel Loch Forrestania Road within the Shire of Yilgarn.
The following map details the sections of road to be closed.
In accordance with Section 58(5) of the Land Administration Act, a 35 day comment and objection period is provided relating to the proposed closures. Comments and/or objections close with the undersigned at 4:00pm on the 19th June 2023.
Submissions must be in writing, addressed to the Chief Executive Officer – Shire of Yilgarn, and submitted via:
